Grace Baptist Church and Centerpoint Church have partnered up to provide an incredible local opportunity for aspiring songwriters, artists, musicians, worship leaders as well as those who work with sound, technology, media and production to come to a one day worskshop with two incredible experts. 

Both Ross and Doug will provide dedicated time to walk through their respective fields of expertise, provide hands on advice and training, allow for collaboration and leave you better equipped and more confident!

The day also includes lunch and coffee/tea so rest assured for $20 per person, you'll be well taken care of.

Here's a bio of each of our trainers.

ROSS KING
Since 1995, Ross King has been a full-time songwriter, worship leader, performer and producer. Many of the songs he has written or co-written have been recorded by artists such as: Newsboys, North Point InsideOut, Jason Gray, Carrollton, Todd Agnew, Jimmy Needham, Michael English, Charles Billingsley, Matt Papa, Joel Vaughn, among many others.

Ross has recorded several independent albums of his own music as well. With a heart for ministry and the Church, he helped plant Community Church of Bryan/College Station in 1998, where he served as an elder and worship leader for 17 years. Ross still continues to lead worship for churches across the country. He, his wife and their 4 children live in Nashville, TN.

Centricity Publishing and Fair Trade Publishing teamed up together as Ross's publishers earlier this year!

DOUG GOULD
After leaving Shure as U.S Market Development Manager in 2009, Doug Gould created Worship MD, a Market Development specialist that educates and trains church worship and tech teams on best practices of audio and music technology.

Over the last sixteen years he has been a very effective presenter and product evangelist at hundreds of worship & tech conferences, seminars and workshops around the world.

Present clients include Audio-Technica, Presonus, Martin Guitars, MyMix, RME, FerroFish and Sensaphonics.

Past clients have included Aviom, D’Addario, Korg, Vox, Blackstar, Westone, Ultimate Ears, Waves, Community, Etymotic, Ansmann, TASCAM and others.

He is also a frequent contributor of technical articles to Share Faith Magazine.
