Triumph

February 2, 2025 Preacher: Luke Playford Series: Revelation

Passage: Revelation 7:9–17

Revelation 7:9-17 gives us a triumphant glimpse of the final victory of God's people. This passage presents a vision of a vast, victorious multitude from every nation, tribe, people, and language standing before God's throne and the Lamb. Clothed in white robes and holding palm branches, they are celebrating salvation through Jesus Christ. The multitude represents those who have endured great tribulation and have been purified by the blood of the Lamb. They are now in God's presence, worshipping Him continually. God provides for them, protects them, and wipes away every tear, promising eternal comfort and joy. This vision highlights the ultimate triumph of God's people through Christ’s redemptive work.
