At the centre of the book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ lies its central message and theme: despite the persecution of the saints and the fury of the evil one, God will judge justly and Christ's kingdom will prevail. What hope! What joy! What reassurance! Even as our culture sprints away from God — causing events that threaten our sense of fairness, justice, and nobility — we rest sure in the firm foundation of God's love, truth, and perseverance. He has made all things and he has the final say, which is the remaking of a world in darkness into one of light and holiness. All praise to Him!
