July 13, 2025 Preacher: Jeff Eastwood Series: Summer in the Psalms

Passage: Psalm 23:1–6

This Sunday, we looked at the most familiar Psalm in the Psalter, Psalm 23. It has comforted many Christian souls in a variety of life circumstances, most notably as believers face death with hope. It may be the first passage a Christian memorizes, and strangely, because of its recognizability, it may lose some of its depth of comfort. The Psalm itself promises that God will restore our souls, and our hope is that by taking a fresh look at it, that may indeed be the case.
