One of the main realities we have been clinging to throughout Daniel is that God has an understanding of all things, as He alone is omniscient and eternal. As our sermon series tagline states, we can stand firm in the sovereignty of God. This reality is comforting because regardless of what happens we know and are confident it has purpose, meaning, and significance because it is all part of God's good plan and comes from His graciously sovereign hand. Another truth we have been discovering is that God also loves to bless us with some of His understanding so we can know Him more deeply and trust Him more fully, grace upon grace so we can also decipher the world around us and discern with God's wisdom how we should then live. Thank God for His kindness to us; may we never take it for granted.
