As we look forward to the service this Sunday the passage is Hebrews 13:20-25, and the title is "Grace". This benediction is one of the most beautifully rich in Scripture, grounding the audience in the magnificence of Christ's sacrifice on their behalf and calling and equipping them to do the will of God to His glory. Jesus is their Saviour, Lord, Shepherd, Sacrifice, Resurrection Power, and Goal, calling to mind much of what the author/pastor has instructed and challenged them on throughout his letter/sermon. Our past is clean, our present is filled with purpose, and our future is brilliant- praise God!
