Our passage for this week is James 2:14-26 where he continues to address the necessity of living out our beliefs. It is one thing to say we believe that Jesus is the only way of salvation and that we trust and obey Him alone; it is another to be transformed by that belief and begin to live like Jesus. Belief is a verb, not a noun, and if indeed Jesus is our Lord and Saviour and we are submitted to Him in all things then our lives will consistently reflect His character.
